- Awarded Value Added Service Provider by Ministry of Energy, Telecommunications and Post
- Oct 2000
- Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with University Malaysia Sabah
- Sept 2001
- Brunei Darussalam National IT Council (BITC) signed a MOU with Sabah State IT Council (SITC). This strategic alliance between the BITC and SITC enables the two parties to cooperate in the development of telecommunications and Internet-related applications and services by creating a synergistic pool of resources for the purposes of fulfilling the ICT vision for the State of Sabah, Malaysia (through ITMP) and Brunei Darussalam.

- Digital Heritage Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of KKIPC, was bequeathed the ‘SITIEA IT Solution Award and Chief Minister’s Challenge Trophy for IMM114 Solution’

- Signing of shareholders agreement between UMS Link Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (ULink) and KKIPC Sdn. Bhd. at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
