The Job:

• Provide technical knowledge and support to install, administer, monitor and troubleshoot servers, applications and systems in the Data Centre.
• Administration, maintenance and upgrade of systems and databse e.g. Solaris, Linux, Windows, Open Source System, etc).
• Responsible in project management, systems integration, migration or upgrade of operating systems.

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in administering Solaris, Linux, Windows and Open Source System.
• Required knowledge: DNS, e-mail, web service, database, LDAP, active directory, Antivirus, backup and storage.

The Job:

Provide technical knowledge and support in network connectivity and network security e.g.

• Maintain and operate network infrastructure which includes all networking devices such as Routers/Switches/Hubs/Gateways/Controllers/Data Cabling and Patching.
• Install and configure network equipment and devices.
• Carry out project implementation on networks as well as provide maintenance & troubleshooting support.
• Network performance monitoring and tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolution of networking problems both in the Data Centre and at sites.

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of working experience preferably in handling database management and/or network administration.
• Experience in handling network switches and routers - VLAN (3COM, Cisco).
• Administration skills in Firewall, Check Point.

The Job:

Provide commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of SUN Solaris, Linux, and windows operating systems; troubleshoot and resolve system and network related problems; handle customer enquires.

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in SUN Solaris or Linux administration.
• Knowledge of Sun Solaris, Linux administration and Cisco.
• Hands-on experience in network-related; installing software and operating system patches will be advantage.

The Job:

Provide 1st level on-site maintenance support for data network infrastructure, e.g.

• Network and infrastructure support for LAN / WIFI / Switches / new/current network set up.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of various networking and application level protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP & etc)
• Problem identification, resolution and escalation to 2nd level support.
• Install, tests, adjusts and troubleshoots equipment as necessary.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.

Requirement:

The Job:

• Development of system specifications for new and existing applications.
• Conduct analysis, definition and documentation of requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, networking, hardware and operating systems environment, interfaces with other network and systems, internal and external security access control, and outputs.
• Produce system specifications including functional requirements, implementation requirements, data models, data flow diagrams.
• Design and programming (e.g. design screen, graphical interfaces, reporting outputs, interfaces, converts design into codes using appropriate programming languages or development tools; Documenting and reviewing documentation to reflect the latest development or changes; Debugging and testing).
